ORDER: Under this Court's Local Rules, parties must file a certificate of interested persons and corporate disclosure statement at the time of first appearance. See LR 3.3, NDGa. The docket in this case indicates that Plaintiff filed the Complaint on August 9, 2022. (Doc. #1 ). Defendant Collection Services of Athens, Inc. filed an answer to the complaint, as well as a certificate of interested persons and corporate disclosure statement, on September 2, 2022. (Docs. #7 ; #9 ). Review of the docket reveals, however, that Plaintiff has not filed a certificate of interested persons and corporate disclosure statement. The Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file a certificate of interested persons and corporate disclosure statement within TEN (10) DAYS of the entry of this Order. Failure to timely comply may result in sanctions, up to and including the striking of pleadings, or the dismissal of the action.The Clerk is DIRECTED to submit this Order to the undersigned in FOURTEEN (14) DAYS for further consideration if Plaintiff fails to comply within the specified time.
