Because the Court was able to rule on Defendant's Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement without the necessity of the filing of an unredacted version of the Term Sheet or the comprehensive settlement agreement, there is no need for Defendant to file these documents. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall file their Joint Preliminary Report and Discovery Plan no later than twenty-one (21) days after the date of this Order in accordance with Local Rule 16.2 of this Court. It is further ORDERED that Defendant shall file a Certificate of Interested Persons and Corporate Disclosure Statement no later than ten (10) days after the date of this Order in accordance with Local Rule 3.3 of this Court.
