October 25, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER that dismissal pursuant to 1915(e)(2) is not warranted at this juncture. However, nothing in this order prevents Defendants from moving for dismissal after it appear if it believes such a motion is appropriate. The Clerk is directed to send Grant a USM 285 form and summons for Defendants. Grant is directed to complete and return to the Clerk of Court the USM 285 form and summons for each Defendant within twenty days from the date this Order is docketed. Grant is warned that failure to comply in a timely manner could result in dismissal of this action. Upon receipt of forms, the Clerk is DIRECTED to prepare a service waiver package for each Defendant. In the event a Defendant does not return the Waiver of Service form to the Clerk of Court within Thirty-five(35) days following the date the service waiver package was mailed, the Clerk is DIRECTED to prepare and transmit to the U.S. Marshal's Service a service package for each Defendant who failed to return the waiver form.
