The Ardent Companies, LLC et al.. Appeal No. A22A1540, Georgia Court of Appeals (the "Ardent Appeal"). The Court defines "final resolution" as the entry of a final order or final Judgment from which no further appeal is possible, albeit by the passage of time or otherwise. Counsel for the parties are ordered to notify this Court within five (5) business days of the final resolution of the Ardent Case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Defendants shall not be required to file an answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint until twenty - one (21) days after this stay is lifted.
