November 28, 2022	Filing 4 ORDER: IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff must, within thirty days of the date of this Order, submit the full initial filing fee of $402.00, or an executed financial affidavit seeking leave to proceed IFP on the proper forms that the Clerk will provide to him. Should Plaintiff wish to proceed, WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS the Sheriff of the CCADC is DIRECTED to complete that portion of the affidavit that requires a completed certificate signed by an authorized institutional officer regarding the current balance in Plaintiff's account and a certified copy of Plaintiff's inmate trust account balance for the last six months. The Clerk is DIRECTED to forward the appropriate financial affidavit to both Plaintiff and the Sheriff of the CCADC together with a copy of this Order.
