Additionally, Netherworld is ORDERED to serve Leigh Adamczak pursuant to Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure within TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS of the entry of this Order. Finally, Netherworld is ORDERED to file a Motion for Entry of Default against Donat Insurance Services, LLC, or otherwise prosecute this action against it, within TWENTY-ONE DAYS of the entry of this Order.
