ORDER GRANTING Kinsale's Motion to Compel Arbitration and Dismiss the claims against it (Doc. No. #6 ). The Parties are ORDERED to submit this matter to arbitration within SIXTY (60) DAYS of the entry of this Order. Kinsale Insurance Company is DISMISSED from this Action. Additionally, Netherworld is ORDERED to serve Leigh Adamczak pursuant to Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure within TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS of the entry of this Order. Finally, Netherworld is ORDERED to file a Motion for Entry of Default against Donat Insurance Services, LLC, or otherwise prosecute this action against it, within TWENTY-ONE DAYS of the entry of this Order.
