ORDER: This case comes before the Court on Plaintiff's motion for leave to serve interrogatories in excess of the number allowed under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure #3 . The discovery period does not begin until 30 days after the appearance of the first defendant by answer to the complaint, unless the parties mutually consent to begin earlier. LR 26.2(A), NDGa. No defendant has yet filed an answer, nor is there any indication that the parties have mutually consented to early discovery.
