ORDER: Upon consideration, this Court finds good cause to grant the Parties Joint Motion for Extension of Time to File Answer and Setting Briefing Schedule for Motion to Transfer. The Motion is hereby GRANTED. It is hereby ORDERED that Defendant shall have thirty (30) days upon either the denial of Defendants motion to transfer or the docketing of this Case in the transferee Court, whichever occurs first, to file its Answer or other responsive pleadings to Plaintiffs' Complaint. It is further ORDERED that: a)Defendant shall file its motion to transfer no later than April 17, 2023; b)Plaintiffs shall file any response to Defendant's motion to transfer no later than May 1, 2023; c)Defendant shall file any reply in support of its motion to transfer no later than May 15, 2023.
