No. 50 , by which Mangram asserts claims against Defendant Douglas County School District for retaliation in violation of the Georgia Whistleblower Act (Count One) and retaliation in violation of Title IX (Count Seven). DROP Mangram and those counts from the present case. ENTER copies of the following pleadings onto the new docket: Dkt. No. 54 (Douglas County School District Answer to the Third Amended Complaint), Dkt. No. 62 (Protective Order Regarding Confidential Information), Dkt. No. 65 (Stipulation of Dismissal Without Prejudice of Defendant Douglas County), Dkt. No. 104 (Order Granting Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery), and the present Order. Discovery in both cases SHALL end 45 days after the entry of this Order. Dkt. No. 104 . The deadline for filing motions for summary judgment is 30 days after the close of discovery. LR 56.1(D), NDGa. The parties shall also file a joint proposed supplemental scheduling order for expert and damages discovery and other pertinent pretrial deadlines 14 days after the Court issues an Order on the summary judgment motions.
