April 11, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER: The application and its attachments #1 having been read and considered, it is hereby ORDERED that this action be allowed to proceed in forma pauperis without prepayment of filing fees, service costs or any costs of court as it appears that Plaintiff is without sufficient funds to pay the fees and costs of this action and still provide for the necessities of life. The Clerk is DIRECTED to transmit a Notice of Service of Social Security Complaint to the Social Security Administrations Office of General Counsel and the United States Attorneys office in lieu of Plaintiff serving a summons and complaint, as provided in Fed. R. Civ. P. Supp. Soc. Sec. Rule 3. Although Fed. R. Civ. P. Supp. Soc. Sec. Rule 4 provides that an answer must be served on the Plaintiff within 60 days after notice of the action is given under Rule 3, pursuant to Local Rule 83.9(A), the Commissioner is granted an additional forty (40) days in which to answer, for a total response time of one hundred (100) days.
