ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: The Respondent is deemed to have waived any objection to the Subpoena, and the #1 Petition to Enforce Subpoena is GRANTED as unopposed. Because the Respondent has failed to comply with the Court's Show Cause Order and the Subpoena, the Respondent is ORDERED to show cause in writing within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order why it should not be sanctioned for failing to comply with the Court's Order and failing to respond to the Subpoena. Additionally, the parties are hereby ORDERED to appear before the undersigned for a show cause hearing on why Respondent should not be sanctioned for its failure to comply with or respond to the Courts Order and the Subpoena. The show cause hearing shall be held on May 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 1860, 18th Floor, United States Courthouse, Richard B. Russell Federal Building, 75 Ted Turner Drive, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia. Respondent is warned that a failure to comply with this Order shall result in the Court filing a Report and Recommendation on the Petition recommending to the District Judge that Respondent be sanctioned for contempt of court. ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT, that no later than 7 days after the entry date of this Order (or the following business day), Respondent, Ozburn Law Firm, LLC shall show cause in writing, filed with the Clerk of Court, why it should not comply with the subpoena attached to the Petition as Exhibit 1. The Government may respond to the Respondent's filing within 14 days. If Respondent fails to timely show cause in writing, Respondent shall be deemed to have waived any objection to the subpoena and shall immediately comply by producing all responsive documents, information, or things to the Government. The undersigned shall reserve jurisdiction over this matter to enforce this Order.
