May 12, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER that Plaintiff file a brief in each of his pending civil actions before this Court, within twenty-one (21) days of this Order which addresses the following: show cause as to why his pending civil actions before this Court should not be dismissed as frivolous; and show cause as to why Plaintiff's future lawsuits, if any, should not be subject to pre-screening by this Court before they are allowed to be filed. If Plaintiff is unable to file the written briefs due his current confinement, he may file a written request for a show cause hearing within twenty-one (21) days of this Order. The hearing, if one is requested, shall be conducted by live audio/video (ZOOM). Additionally, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff's right to enter the U.S. Courthouse Building in Atlanta for any purpose other than to appear in court is hereby SUSPENDED until further order of this Court due to the allegations and criminal proceedings in Case No. 1:23-cr-00150-LMM-JKL. If Plaintiff wishes to object to the suspension of his right to come into the Courthouse, he must file his objections in writing and, if he wants a hearing on this issue, he must indicate such in his written objections. Any such hearing will be conducted by a scheduled teleconference. The Clerk of Court is ORDERED to mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant, Kardarius Kantrez Glass, USMS # 57238-510, Robert A.
