Further, with Strike 3's consent and pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 42(a), the Court DIRECTS the Clerk to CONSOLIDATE the above-captioned cases under Case No. 1:23-cv-02096-SDG. Plaintiff is DIRECTED to file all future motions, pleadings, and notices relating to the above-captioned cases under Case No. 1:23-cv-02096-SDG. Plaintiff is FURTHER DIRECTED to file a notice in any newly filed case that is related to Case No. 1:23-cv-02096-SDG, and indicate in such notice whether it consents to or opposes consolidation. Filing 11 OPINION and ORDER: Plaintiff Strike 3 Holdings, LLC's (Strike 3) Motions to Serve Subpoenas 6 is GRANTED. The Court acknowledges Strike 3's submission that it does not oppose a protective order; none is required at present. Any party seeking to maintain the confidentiality of any discovery may move to do so with the proper showing at any appropriate time during the pendency of these matters. Finally, these actions (1:23-cv-02096-SDG; 1:23-cv-02098-SDG; 1:23-cv-02099-SDG; 1:23-cv-02100-SDG; 1:23-cv-02102-SDG; and 1:23-cv-02103-SDG) present almost identical complaints and discovery motions, and they appear substantially similar. Accordingly, within 5 days of entry of this Order, Strike 3 is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why these actions should not be consolidated pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 42(a).
