Accordingly, The Kroger Co. is ORDERED to properly state facts establishing its citizenship and Plaintiff's citizenship within 10 days of the entry of this Order. If The Kroger Co. does not have Plaintiff's information in its possession, custody, or control, then Plaintiff is ORDERED to provide The Kroger Co. with the relevant information upon request. Failure to timely comply with this Order may result in sanctions, up to dismissal of the case, entry of default, or remand of the action to state court.
