ORDER: This matter comes before the Court on the Joint Motion of Plaintiff ABO Pharmaceuticals and Defendants Federal Express Corporation and FedEx Express to Extend the Deadline to Conduct Rule 26(f) Conference and Corresponding Discovery Deadlines. Having considered the Motion, and for good cause shown, the Court hereby GRANTS the Motion #12 . The time for the parties to conduct the Rule 26(f) Conference is hereby extended to sixteen (16) days after Defendant Bennett International Transport, LLC makes an appearance in the case by way of answer or responsive pleading.
