Ms. Ramirezs request to order Dr. Amin to provide documents expected to be used as exhibits at least one week in advance of the deposition, except those document solely used for impeachment purposes, was GRANTED. The Court treated as moot the request for Dr. Amin to provide the intended topics of questioning in advance, as the parties agree that Dr. Amin had voluntarily provided this information.
