ORDER: Plaintiff William Ellis, incarcerated at the Rogers State Prison in Reidsville, Georgia, submitted a Georgia Court of Appeals document entitled "Notice of Filing Petition for Certiorari" that the Clerk has docketed as a pro se civil rights complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983. (Doc. #1 , 3 ). Because the Court finds that Plaintiff did not intend to file a case at this time, the Clerk is DIRECTED to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE this action. The Clerk is FURTHER DIRECTED to send Plaintiff two copies of this Court's habeas corpus forms pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254 and two copies of this Court's in forma pauperis forms in connection therewith. Should Plaintiff choose to challenge his state court convictions after exhausting his state court remedies, he may complete and return the proper forms, and the Clerk should open a new case at that time.
