ORDER DISMISSING WITHOUT PREJUDICE Plaintiff's complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii) and (iii) and DIRECTING the Clerk to close the case. Because Plaintiff is proceeding pro se, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Order. If the Plaintiff files such an amended complaint in the time allowed, the Clerk is DIRECTED to reopen the case and resubmit the matter to the Court for a frivolity review.
