Plaintiff also shall file an amended complaint as previously ordered within TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS of the date of this Order. Plaintiff is admonished that failure to respond within the specified period of time may result in the dismissal of this action pursuant to Local Rule 41.3(A)(2). November 13, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER GRANTING In Forma Pauperis. plaintiffs request to proceed in forma pauperis, [Doc. #2 ], is GRANTED, and plaintiff need not pay an initial partial filing fee. Plaintiff shall, however, be obligated to pay the full statutory filing fee of $350.00 as funds are deposited in his inmate account pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2). Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2), the institution administering plaintiff's inmate account shall withdraw such amounts [enumerated herein] from the account and remit the same to the Clerk, U.S. District Court, until the filing fee is paid in full, as verified by separate notice from the Clerk to the warden of the institution. Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit an amended complaint within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the entry date of this order. 1. The Clerk of the Court transmit a copy of this Order to the Sheriff of Gwinnett County, Georgia; 2. The Sheriff, or his designee, shall collect the aforesaid monthly payments from plaintiff's inmate account and remit such payments to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia until the $350.00 filing fee is paid in full; 3. The Clerk of the Court shall stamp the civil action number on a standard 42 U.S.C. 1983 civil action form and forward the form to plaintiff, together with a copy of this Order, and resubmit this action to the assigned Magistrate Judge upon receipt of the amended complaint or at the expiration of the time period noted above; and 4.
