ORDER. The Court DENIES AS MOOT Defendants motion to dismiss the initial complaint, #3 . Additionally, the motion to stay, #5 , is also DENIED AS MOOT because it is based upon the motion to dismiss that has been denied as moot. The Court DENIES Plaintiffs motion for service by the U.S. Marshal, #11 . Plaintiff seeks an extension of time through January 19, 2024, to respond to the motion to dismiss the amended complaint. #14 . Defendant does not oppose the motion, and it is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall respond to the motion to dismiss the amended complaint by January 19, 2024. The motion to redact, #15 , is GRANTED. However, the proposed redactions do not comply with the Local Rules because they still include Plaintiff's home address. As such, the Clerk is DIRECTED to seal Doc. 3-2, Doc. 13-1, and Doc. 15-1. Defendant is ORDERED to refile a redacted version of Exhibit 1 to its motion to dismiss the amended complaint that complies with the Local Rules. Signed by Magistrate Judge Christopher C.
