December 22, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER: Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit an amended complaint within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the entry date of this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff must, within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the date of the entry date of this order, either submit the full filing and administrative fee of $405.00, or execute and return a financial affidavit seeking leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff is cautioned that, even if he is allowed to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), he must nevertheless pay the full amount of the $350.00 filing fee from his inmate account. The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to stamp the civil action number on a standard 42 U.S.C. 1983 civil action form and forward the form and the appropriate financial affidavit to plaintiff, together with a copy of this Order. The Clerk is further DIRECTED to resubmit this action to the assigned Magistrate Judge upon receipt of the amended complaint and full filing and administrative fee or affidavit or at the expiration of the time period noted above.
