MINUTE ORDER (by docket entry only). The Court DIRECTS Defendant The Kroger Co. to contact Plaintiffs Lorenzo E. Clement and Ken Morton and to hold a Rule 26(f) conference with them within ten (10) days from the date of entry of this order. FED. R. CIV. P. 26(f)(2). The Court DIRECTS Plaintiffs to participate in the Rule 26(f) conference with Defendant The Kroger Co. within the time provided. Additionally, the Court DIRECTS the Parties to file a notice on the docket indicating the date and time of the Rule 26(f) conference once it has been held. Following the Rule 26(f) conference, the Parties shall either amend the JPRDP already submitted to the Court [Doc. 6] or Plaintiffs may elect to file their own separate statement using the same form. See LR 16.2, NDGa. Whether jointly with Defendant The Kroger Co. or individually, the Court DIRECTS Plaintiffs to file their portion of the JPRDP no later than seven (7) days after participating in the Rule 26(f) conference.
