The Clerk is further DIRECTED to docket this order in both cases and to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., et al. v. Achenbach, et al., Case No. 1:23-cv-5825-MLB. This matter shall proceed under Liberty One Funding Trust, et al. v. Achenbach, et al., Case No. 1:23-cv-5483-MLB. All subsequent filings shall be captioned for Case No. 1:23-cv-5483-MLB. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion to Stay Arbitration (Dkt. 2 in Case No. 1:23-cv-5825)- which was initially filed in state court- is DENIED without prejudice because its supporting brief exceeds 25 pages in violation of Local Rule 7.1(D). If Plaintiffs renew their motion, they should update it to whatever extent is necessary to reflect the fact that this case is now in federal court. Moreover, if Plaintiffs do renew their motion and Defendants fail to file a response, the Court may grant the motion as unopposed pursuant to Local Rule 7.1(B). Signed by Judge Michael L.
