ORDER DIRECTING the Clerk to send Goodrum a copy of this Court's form for petitions for writs of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254 and a copy of this Court's form for prisoner applications to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP), each marked "Case No. 1:24-cv-256-MLB-CCB." I ORDER Goodrum (A) to complete and return the 2254 petition form and (B) either to (1) pay the $5 filing fee or (2) submit a complete IFP application within twenty-eight days of the entry date of this Order. I DENY WITHOUT PREJUDICE Goodrum's request for the appointment of counsel at this stage of the proceedings. He may move again for the appointment of counsel after submitting his 2254 petition and either paying the fees due or establishing that he is entitled to proceed IFP. I caution Goodrum that this case is subject to dismissal if he does not (A) promptly notify the Court of any change of address or (B) comply fully with any court order.
