ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - On January 12, 2024, petitioner Benedettini Cabinets, L.P. filed a Motion to Compel Compliance with Subpoena to Produce Documents #1 . Respondent Allnex USA Inc. responded #3 to the Motion stating that it would comply with the subpoena within 28 days. Therefore, the Court reserved its ruling on the Motion for 28 days. (Order of Jan. 29, 2024 #4 , at 1.) The Court ordered petitioner to notify the Court if respondent complied with the subpoena within that time frame, thereby mooting the Motion. (Id. at 1-2.) The Court DIRECTS petitioner to notify the Court of the status of its Motion on or before March 15, 2024. The Court cautions petitioner that failure to comply with this Order will result in a recommendation that this case be dismissed without prejudice for want of prosecution.
