ORDER: The Clerk is DIRECTED to reclassify this action as pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241. Petitioner previously filed a 2241 petition in which the Court recently issued a report and recommendation. Lackey v. Unnamed, No. 1:24- cv-01123-AT, Doc. #2 (N.D. Ga. Mar. 25, 2024). Upon review of the letter, the Court determines that the letter should be filed in Petitioner's earlier case, as it appears to concern the same allegations. The Court may issue an order "to avoid unnecessary cost or delay" as to multiple actions "involv[ing] a common question of law or fact." Fed. R. Civ. P. 42(a)(3). Accordingly, it is appropriate to administratively close the present case and resolve the matter in Petitioner's earlier filed case. The Clerk is DIRECTED to administratively close the present case and to file Petitioner's 2241 petition (Doc. #1 ) as a letter in Lackey v. Unnamed, No. 1:24-cv-01123-AT (N.D.
