ORDER GRANTING In Forma Pauperis. The Court finds, however, that Plaintiff's complaint, as currently drafted, is insufficient to survive frivolity review under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B). The Clerk is, therefore, DIRECTED to STRIKE the Complaint (Doc. 1-1), and Plaintiff is ORDERED to file an amended complaint in accordance with the instructions, and correcting the deficiencies, stated herein within 30 days from entry of this Order. Plaintiff is warned that failure to timely comply with this Order shall result in a recommendation to the District Judge that this action be dismissed.
