October 18, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER VACATING the October 11, 2024 Order in Johnson I and DIRECTING the Clerk to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE Johnson II. Plaintiff's (2) Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis in Johnson II is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall be obligated to pay the full statutory filing fee of $350.00 as funds are deposited in his inmate account. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court transmit a copy of this Order to the warden of the institution where Plaintiff is incarcerated and The warden of the institution, or his designee, shall collect the aforesaid monthly payments from Plaintiff's inmate account and remit such payments to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia until the $350.00 filing fee is paid in full. Should Plaintiff decide to pursue any claim(s), he must, within thirty (30) days of the date this Order is entered, file an amended complaint using the form that the Clerk of Court will send him. Plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel [Johnson II at Doc. 3] is DENIED at this time. The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to forward the proper forms for filing a 42 U.S.C. 1983 action to Plaintiff together with a copy of this Order.
