ORDER: Defendant LPUSA, LLC's Motion to Dismiss [Doc. #5 ] is DENIED AS MOOT. The parties have also filed a Consent Motion to deem the Amended Complaint filed on November 11, 2024, as timely [Doc. #15 ]. For good cause shown, the Consent Motion is GRANTED.
