ORDER GRANTING the Injured Defendants' 22 , 25 Motions to Dismiss, or, in the alternative, to Stay and the Teaford Defendants' 41 Motion to Add Parties. Additionally, the Teaford Defendants' 23 Motion to Dismiss and LPC's 24 Motion for Joinder are GRANTED as applied to Plaintiff's Count II-Declaratory Judgment. Plaintiff's County I-Reformation Claim is DISMISSED, without prejudice due to lack of subject matter jurisdiction based on lack of complete diversity.
