ORDER: On May 20, 2019, the Court conducted a hearing in the related case, 2:19-CV-21. At that hearing, counsel for all parties to this action agreed to a stay. As such, this case is hereby STAYED pending the outcome of 2:19-CV-21. Additionally, Plaintiffs Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, which is contained within the Complaint [1-1] is DENIED because it does not comply with this Courts Standing Order.
