Filing 3 ORDER GRANTING In Forma Pauperis. Plaintiff is DIRECTED to file, no later than 14 days from the date of entry of this Order, an amended complaint in which she: identifies the statutory basis for her claim or claims, e.g., Title VII, ADA, ADEA, etc.; sets forth the facts surrounding her termination as she set out in her original complaint; and sets forth the facts that support her belief that Defendant terminated her because of a characteristicwhich she must identify (e.g. race, age, etc.) protected by one of the anti-discrimination statutes. Conclusory allegations of discrimination will not suffice; Plaintiff must provide sufficient factual detail that plausibly demonstrates that Defendant terminated her because of a statutorily protected characteristic. Plaintiff is also directed to attach a copy of her EEOC Charge of Discrimination to her amended complaint. Plaintiff is cautioned that if she does not comply with this Order, the undersigned may recommend to the District Judge that her Complaint be dismissed.
