ORDER granting #10 Motion to Amend his 2254 petition. However, this Court will not permit piecemeal amendment of Petitioner's pleadings. Petitioner must draft his amended petition on the form provided by the Clerk of this Court, write only on one side of the paper pursuant to Local Rule 5.1(B)(1), add no more than 10 additional pages to the form, and leave margins of no less than one inch on all sides of the paper. Petitioner shall pay the $5.00 filing fee and submit his amended 2254 petition within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the entry date of this Order. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to transmit a copy of this Order to the warden of the institution where Petitioner is confined. This Court hereby DIRECTS the warden or his designee to withdraw the $5.00 filing fee from Petitioner's inmate account and remit the same to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the NDGA. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to (1) send Petitioner a blank copy of this Court's 28 U.S.C. 2254 habeas corpus petition form pre-stamped with "Amended Petition / 2:20-cv-0236-SCJ-JCF," and (2) resubmit this action to the undersigned upon receipt of the filing fee and Petitioner's amended petition or at the expiration of the time period specified above.
