ORDER: On February 12, 2021, defendant Title Max, Inc. filed a motion to dismiss or, in the alternative, to compel arbitration and stay proceedings. (Doc. 11). Plaintiff has not responded to the motion, and the time to do so has expired. Failure to file a response shall indicate that there is no opposition to the motion. LR 7.1(B), NDGa. Plaintiff is ORDERED to respond to Defendants motion, (Doc. 11), within 7 DAYS and show cause why Defendants motion should not be granted. Plaintiff is cautioned that the undersigned will recommend that this case be dismissed for want of prosecution if he does not comply with this order. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 37(b)(2)(A), 41(b); LR 41.3(A)(2), NDGa. (The Court may, with or without notice to the parties, dismiss a civil case for want of prosecution if[a] plaintiff shall, after notice,fail or refuse to obey a lawful order of the Court.).
