ORDER granting the parties' consent motion to extend the deadline for Plaintiff's response to Defendant Elkins' motion to dismiss and request to extend the pre-discovery deadlines for all parties until after the Court rules on Defendant Elkins' motion [Doc. 7]. Plaintiff shall have up to and including July 29, 2022 in which to file a response to Defendant Elkins' motion to dismiss [Doc. 3]. Defendant Elkins is directed to file an answer to Plaintiff's complaint within 14 days of the District Judge's ruling on the pending motion to dismiss provided that ruling does not resolve this action in its entirety as to Defendant Elkins. Commencement of the discovery period in this action and the deadlines for all parties to file the Preliminary Report and Discovery Plan are stayed until 30 days after Defendant Elkins files an answer to Plaintiff's complaint or is dismissed from this action.
