Pending before the Court are the #1 Motion to Enforce Subpoena Directed to Non-Party Pilgrim's Pride Corporation ("Pilgrims") (the "Motion to Compel") and #3 Motion to Transfer its Motion to Compel Compliance with Subpoena (the "Motion to Transfer") filed by Movants American Proteins, Inc. n/k/a Crossroads Properties A, Inc., AMPRO Products, Inc. n/k/a Crossroads Properties B, Inc. and Georgia Feed Products Company, L.L.C. n/k/a Crossroads Properties C, LLC (collectively, "API"). The Court hereby STAYS the deadline to respond to the #1 Motion to Compel pending resolution of the #3 Motion to Transfer. API is directed to serve Pilgrim's with the Motions and this Order in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 4 and promptly file proof of service with the Court.
