Plaintiff alleges that Defendant's negligence in failing to fully and property inform, advise and/or warn Christopher Benoit of the potentially dangers and legal effects of the prescribed CNS depressants, opiods and anabolic steroids caused Christopher Benoit's mental, physical, emotional and/or behavioral health to deteriorate to the extent athat he killed his wife Nancy and son Daniel, and shortly after, committed suicide.
