ORDER DENYING #2 Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. The petitioner must within 30 days of the date of this order, pay the full $5.00 statutory filing fee for habeas corpus petitions. The Clerk is DIRECTED to convert this matter into a 28 U.S.C. 2254 habeas corpus action and change the nature-of-suit code on the docket sheet accordingly. Additionally, IT IS ORDERED that petitioner must, within 30 days of the date of this order, AMEND his petition by naming his immediate custodian as the proper respondent to this action and by completing in detail and submitting the habeas corpus form petition that will be provided to him by the Clerk. The Clerk SHALL stamp the civil action number on a copy of this Court's 28 U.S.C. 2254 habeas corpus form and forward the form to petitioner, together with a copy of this Order.
