ORDER DIRECTING the Clerk to correct the docket to reflect that Sheriff Terry Langley and six unknown deputy sheriffs are the sole defendants to this action. DENYING Plaintiff's #3 Motion to Be Exempt from Exhausting Administrative Remedies and #4 Motion for Production of Documents and Records and Identification of Sheriff Deputies. GRANTING Plaintiff's #6 Motion To Enter Additional Facts to Amended Complaint. GRANTING Plaintiff's request to proceed In Forma Pauperis. Plaintiff will be required to pay a $4.94 initial, partial filing fee.Plaintiff shall be obligated to pay the full statutory filing fee of $350.00 as funds are deposited in his inmate account pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court transmit a copy of this Order to the Sheriff of Caroll County, Georgia; the Sheriff, or his designee, shall collect the aforesaid $4.94 initial, partial filing fee as well as the monthly payments from plaintiff's inmate account and remit such payments to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia until the $350.00 filing fee is paid in full; and Service of process shall not issue until further consideration under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B) of plaintiff's amended complaint, as supplemented.
