September 12, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER DIRECTING Petitioner to AMEND his petition by naming his immediate custodian as the proper respondent to this action and by completing in detail and submitting the habeas corpus form petition that will be provided to him by the Clerk of Court with this Order within 30 days. Petitioner is also ORDERED to pay the standard filing fee of $5.00 or seek leave to proceed in forma pauperis and return a financial affidavit along with a certified copy of his prison account statement.
