Filing 6 ORDER GRANTING In Forma Pauperis, allowing case to proceed as any other civil action. Plaintiff is allowed to proceed IFP, however, Plaintiff is obligated to pay $350.00 as funds are deposited into Inmate account. The Warden or the designee shall collect the monthly payments and remit to Clerk until $350.00 is paid in full. Plaintiff is directed to complete the service forms and return to Clerk within 20 days. Upon receipt of forms, the Clerk is DIRECTED to prepare a service waiver package for each Defendant.
