Filing 4 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE for plaintiff why this action should not be DISMISSED for failure to comply with the Court's Order and for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) by filing a written response with the Clerk of Court within TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS of the date of this Order. Plaintiff also shall file an amended complaint and either pay the fee or submit a properly completed financial affidavit as previously ordered within TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS of the date of this Order. Plaintiff is admonished that failure to respond within the specified period of time may result in the dismissal of this action pursuant to Local Rule 41.3(A)(2).
