Filing 4 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE why this action should not be dismissed for failure to comply with the Courts Order and for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) by filing a written response with the Clerk of Court within 21 days of the date of this Order. Plaintiff also shall file an amended complaint as previously ordered within 21 days of the date of this Order. Plaintiff is admonished that failure to respond within the specified period of time may result in the dismissal of this action pursuant to Local Rule 41.3(A)(2).
