ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE why this action should not be dismissed for failure to comply with the Courts Order and for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) by filing a written response with the Clerk of Court within 21 days of the date of this Order. Petitioner also shall file an amended petition and either pay the fee or submit a properly completed financial affidavit as previously ordered within 21 days of the date of this Order. Petitioner is admonished that failure to comply with this Order within the specified period of time may result in the dismissal of this action pursuant to Local Rule 41.3(A)(2).
