ORDER: Based on the #11 joint stipulation of the parties, Plaintiffs and Defendants Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society and Joseph B. Bendek shall arbitrate Plaintiffs' claims alleged in the Complaint. The case is stayed while the parties arbitrate the issues raised in the Complaint. The Court will retain jurisdiction to enforce the award of the arbitrator and the Plaintiffs' declaratory judgment claims against defendant Barbara Roberts. Defendants Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society and Joseph Bendek's #10 Motion to Dismiss is denied as moot. The Court directs the Clerk to administratively close this action.
