Filing 5 ORDER - Plaintiff is ORDERED to show cause within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the entry date of this Order why this case should not be dismissed for failure to pay the initial partial filing fee. The Clerk is DIRECTED to transmit a copy of this Order to the Warden of the Floyd County Jail in Rome, Georgia, with a copy of the Order granting plaintiff's request for leave to proceed IFP #4 . The Warden, or his designee, is ORDERED to collect the aforesaid $25.00 initial partial filing fee from plaintiffs inmate account, if available, and remit that fee to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the entry date of this Order. The Warden shall then collect the monthly payments specified in the IFP Order #4 from plaintiff's inmate account and remit those payments to the Clerk until the $350.00 filing fee is paid in full.
