ORDER: It appearing that Wildwood's counsel has complied with Rule 83.1(E) of the Local Rules of this Court and that Wildwood has consented to the withdrawal, the renewed motion to withdraw #55 is GRANTED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to terminate the attorneys of Flint, Connolly & Walker, LLP, as counsel of record for Wildwood. Counsel withdrawing from this case are ORDERED to provide Wildwood with a copy of this Order Wildwood is ORDERED to obtain counsel within 30 days of this Order LR 83.1(E)(2)(b)(H), NDGa. As an artificial entity, Wildwood is required to be represented by an attorney. If Wildwood cannot obtain counsel within the time required, it should file a motion for extension of time with the Court, advising the Court whether the other parties consent to the extension and why the extension is required. Discovery having closed in this action, the proposed consolidated pretrial order will be due 30 days after new counsel files a notice of appearance. Wildwood is ADVISED that the failure to comply with this Order may result in the imposition of sanctions, including dismissal of its claims and default of the counterclaims asserted against it. See id. Wildwood is further advised that given the age of this case, the Court is not inclined to grant significant extensions of time. The Clerk is DIRECTED to resubmit this matter to the undersigned 31 days after the date of this Order. All pretrial deadlines are hereby STAYED until further Order of the Court. ORDER: Because of the failure to show proper notice, the motion to withdraw #53 , is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court hereby STAYS the case so that counsel may renew the motion after proper notice to the client. Counsel should also make Plaintiff aware that upon the granting of a motion to withdraw, Plaintiff will have 30 days for new counsel to file a notice of appearance and 30 days after that to file the proposed consolidated pretrial order. The renewed motion to withdraw must be filed within 10 days of the entry of this Order.
