Plaintiff New York Life Insurance Co. filed the instant Motion to Compel #1 on October 19, 2021. Attached to that Motion is a Certificate of Service which states that plaintiff's counsel electronically filed the foregoing with the Clerk of the Court using the CM/ECF system, which will send a notice of electronic filing to all counsel of record.
