FINAL REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re #3 MOTION to Dismiss filed by John Christopher Prichard. Plaintiff (1) seeks to voluntarily dismiss this case, and (2) failed to comply with the Courts December 13, 2022, Order to (a) complete this Court's form 1983 complaint, and (b) either (i) pay the $350.00 filing fee and $52.00 administrative fee, or (ii) submit an IFP request. Accordingly, the undersigned RECOMMENDS that (1) plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice #3 be GRANTED insofar as he seeks to voluntarily dismiss this case, and (2) the present case be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE (a) pursuant to Fed.
