Filing 11 Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge William M. Ray, II: Hearing held on 3/9/2023. The Defendant, Flagstar advised the Court of the Plaintiffs recent filing of Bankruptcy. However, the Defendant states due to the Plaintiffs number and the timing of filed Bankruptcy cases, the automatic stay of this case does not apply. The Court found it was proper to proceed with the hearing today. The Court directed the defendant to file a proposed order regarding the automatic stay. The defendant raised the issue that service has not been perfected. The Court finds that services has not been perfected and further finds it does not have jurisdiction to proceed today.
